Stefan Jagielski is Associate Director of Relationship Management at health and wellbeing provider Health Assured.

Having joined Health Assured in 2011, Stefan quickly proved to be a capable and thoughtful relationship manager. Now, in his position as Associate Director, he is responsible for the on-boarding and management of commercial relationships and is a pivotal part of Health Assured’s enviable client retention rate.

Treasurer of EAPA from 2018-2020, Stefan manages the client services and relationship management function with office and field-based teams, who provide vital engagement with the EAP service for clients.

As an approachable senior contact for some of Health Assured’s largest clients, Stefan is required to be on the pulse of employee engagement and wellbeing in order to build and maintain strong and fruitful relationships. That cutting-edge knowledge and practical experience are used to embed EAP services in client organisations—and Health Assured itself—to create and foster an overall culture of wellbeing.
