Wisdom App: Frequently Asked Questions

What is new on Wisdom?


Wisdom will support integration with WisdomAI – a search engine that combines our counsellor’s knowledge with the latest artificial intelligence. It will also feature an enhanced perks and discounts offering as well as the ability to dual brand. Rest assured that your favourite features have been revamped and the user journey enhanced.  Stay tuned to learn more about what’s new. 

Will My Healthy Advantage still be live?


Wisdom will be replacing our My Healthy Advantage app and our online portal. They will be kept live during the transitional period.

Will I need to download a new app?


Yes. As soon as we are ready to launch, Wisdom will be available to download from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. It will also be available to access via your browser.

 

Will my unique code be the same?


Yes, your unique code will remain the same.

Will my login details be the same?


No, you will be required to create a new account using an email address and password of your choice.

How are Health Assured helping you prepare for launch?


We have a full marketing launch plan ready to help assist you with this transition. You will receive weekly email comms as well as push notifications. A how to download guide as well as a launch email template will also be provided. Furthermore, an amended welcome pack will be available on request once launched.

Why did we undertake this redevelopment project?


We first launched our app almost 4 years ago and a redevelopment was long overdue. Following our first launch we have learnt a lot and listened closely to feedback from our users. To ensure we remain a step ahead of the marketplace, we have removed current pain points and streamlined the user journey and navigation. We will be launching some amazing new and enhanced features including a myriad of perks and discounts together with our knowledge hub ‘WisdomAI’  plus an abundance of health and wellbeing resources.

Will we receive utilisation information?


Yes, our back-office portal has also undergone a redevelopment. You will be able to access the same level of information as you have done previously. Here is also where dual branded will be set up. You will need to request for a new invite link, once Wisdom has launched, we will provide further details in our next communication.
