Helping businesses with employee support and faster return-to-work rates
As business owners or HR professionals, it can be tough juggling day-to-day activities. When an employee serves a fit note for stress and/or anxiety, this can disrupt business operations.
With Active Care, we provide day one intervention for individuals off sick with stress and/or anxiety. One of our qualified clinicians will reach out, discover the barriers and provide recommendations to get the individual back in work as soon as possible and appropriate.
What happens during an Active Care call?
1. First contact One of our qualified Wellbeing Counsellors will contact the employee via a telephone call or secure web conferencing facility, gain further verbal consent and undertake a maximum 30-minute structured and supportive consultation.
2. Understanding requirements and barriers The clinician will engage with the individual in a supportive and impartial manner. They will obtain an understanding of the employee’s triggers, specific needs and prescribed medications. Following this, the clinician will offer coping strategies, additional resources, recommendations for treatment options and signpost appropriately.
3. Report and recommendations A written report will be supplied by email to the employer based on the telephone consultation within four working days, subject to employee consent being supplied to HA | Wisdom Wellbeing from the employee to release this report
Should you require any further support regarding the case, HA | Wisdom Wellbeing will be on hand to calm any concerns.
