Types of Counsellors
Wellbeing Counsellor Wellbeing Counsellors are based in our Dublin offices with hybrid working* and are at the heart of what we do. They answer calls, respond on our live chat feature and use a Solution Focused Philosophy for all cases. You must hold a valid IACP membership to become a Wellbeing Counsellor with us.
Affiliate Counsellor Affiliate Counsellors are independently operating counsellors based all around the UK and Ireland. Using the same approach as our Wellbeing Counsellors, Affiliate Counsellors must hold a Level 8 (or higher) qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy, must be a accredited member of an Counselling & Psychotherapy association such as IACP/ BACP member, be able to offer in-person sessions, hold 450 hours of counselling training.
