Diversity, equality and inclusion
Types of Counsellors
Wellbeing Counsellor Wellbeing Counsellors are based in our Manchester, Dublin or Hinckley offices with hybrid working* and are at the heart of what we do. They answer calls, respond on our live chat feature and use a Solution Focused Philosophy for all cases. You must hold a minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and 150 counselling hours, be registered with the BACP (or equivalent) and have great communication skills. * The digital team are 100% office-based in Manchester only *
Affiliate Counsellor Affiliate Counsellors are independently operating counsellors based all around the UK and Ireland. Using the same approach as our Wellbeing Counsellors, Affiliate Counsellors must hold a Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy, must be a BACP member and/or accredited (or equivalent), be able to offer in-person sessions, hold 250 hours of counselling training and 250 hours of supervised practice as a minimum.
