Introduction
The West Bromwich Building Society is a historic building association that has been supporting its clients for over 175 years.
It is the 8th largest building society in the UK, with approximately 740 employees across 34 locations in their home of the West Midlands and beyond.

How HA | Wisdom Wellbeing provided support
With qualified Mental Health First Aiders already within the organisation, they had begun working on managing people’s mental wellbeing, but also recognised the value that professional, confidential counselling from the UK’s only nationally BACP accredited EAP provider.
With the extensive wellbeing support provided by HA | Wisdom Wellbeing’s Employee Assistance Programme, with face-to-face counselling along with all the resources available on the Wisdom App, Claire noted how many of her people reported how the service has helped them with wellbeing challenges they may be facing.
