What’s included in HR & Management Support?
Employment Law and HR Line This line connects people to CIPD level 7 and above HR consultants, and we can give HR legal advice through this telephone line.
Active Care Designed to support those who’ve produced a fit note for stress or anxiety, clinicians will engage with the individual to understand needs and triggers and provide recommendations for treatment
In 95% of our cases, your individual will be back in work within 2 weeks
- MI Reporting Our transparent reporting tool that shows the number of calls received, as well as top-level reasons why (e.g. Anxiety)

Mental Health First Aid England Course - A two day accredited course where leaders are educated and trained on how to be a first responder to support mental health needs of other people
Mental Health First Aid England Training - a two-day accredited course for leaders to gain education and training around how to be a first responder to support mental health needs of other people
Work Health Assessments A health questionnaire to help give recommendations for an employee. The outcomes may be “fit for work”, “fit for work with adjustment” or “not fit for work” – which may involve a referral to occupational health
Relationship Management - We have a dedicated relationship management team to provide support and ways to promote usage of our service as well
