Suicide First Aid (SFA) training
Build confidence and teach practical suicide prevention skills
Suicide can feel like a complex and daunting issue. When the topic arises at work, people can feel out of depth or unsure on how to respond. With Suicide First Aid (SFA) training, you can offer your people the understanding and skills they need to confidently support someone who might be at risk.
Only 40% of UK adults feel comfortable talking about suicide
In partnership with the National Centre for Suicide Prevention Education & Training, we can arrange accredited SFA training to equip your workforce with valuable suicide prevention skills. This expert led training course is designed to increase suicide awareness, reduce the fear of talking about suicide, build confidence, and teach the life-saving skills needed to help someone who is feeling suicidal.
For maximum convenience, we can arrange virtual training courses specifically for your organisation. These courses need a minimum of 8 participants to run and we’ll work with you to select the most suitable training dates.
