The newest and biggest update to the Wisdom App has arrived just in time for the new year. Mood streaks have now arrived on Wisdom to encourage users to keep track of their daily mood. Over time, individuals can better understand their overall wellbeing and the progress they are making on their mental health journey.

Let's dive deeper into this new update, how it can be used to maximise a user’s wellbeing and all the additional benefits.

Daily mood tracker

While the existing mood tracker helped users better understand their own state of mind and track their wellbeing journey, the new update ensures they can remain committed to improving their mental health. This update follows the principle of three core pillars:

Ownership and possession

Having something personal, something you can claim as your own and feel a sense of pride inspires belief, commitment and a desire to see said thing progress. A personalised mood tracker with incentives to update daily builds a sense of ownership, leading individuals to take pride in their wellbeing progress and develop an ingrained habit of reviewing and updating their mood trackers.

Loss and avoidance

We all understand the phenomenon of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and how powerful it can be. The desire to stay involved and not miss out on an opportunity can drive behaviour.
