Health and protection feature highly in list of most valued benefitsMore than 80% of employees value health, pension, legal and protection services ahead of gym membership (62%) and childcare vouchers (41%), a poll suggests. The research shows this was the case across all age groups aside from the 18 to 24 year-old category where gym membership was in joint second place at 92% alongside critical illness insurance. The survey of 2,002 UK adults found a pension was the most valued benefit, cited by 95% of respondents. This was followed by flexible working (91%) and health/medical insurance (89%).
