- Free 24/7 counselling, legal and information line - our qualified counsellors and advisors are on-hand to offer support and guidance on a range of issues including relationships, stress & anxiety, bereavement and financial wellbeing
- Online health & wellbeing portal and access to the My Healthy Advantage app
- Up to six face-to-face counselling sessions per person, per issue, per year
- Up to six structured telephone counselling sessions per person, per issue, per year
- 24/7 critical incident advice and telephone support
- Medical information line
- Management support line and counselling
- Relationship management support and usage reporting
- Active Care: Day 1 intervention for stress-related absence
The service is completely confidential and can be accessed via a free phone number and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is available to employees and immediate family members residing at the same address.
